Price wasn't great. Found cheaper deals through other websites after I ordered the vehicle.
The staff was nice, and the process of picking up and dropping off was super-fast and easy.
Cons:
I got a hot deal car, so my expectations were extremely low, and still the car did not live up. I got an ugly blue Chevy Spark. The car was TINY, both front to back and side to side - I've been in go-carts with more room. I'm not even 6' tall, and I barely fit. My brother and I literally couldn't fit in this car together at the same time. This was bad enough, but what I paid per day was nearly twice what I've paid for a Mercedes or BMW in the past. Sadly this was still the best experience I've had renting a car in Ft. Wayne. Somehow compacts have moved up to midsized status (e.g. Rav4), and prices have still gone up. This whole mess has made me less likely to rent a car, less likely to fly, less likely to travel as a whole.

When we picked up the car it was only half full of gas. We also we're not able to rent car seats for our twin two year olds. The counter person was pleasant but less than helpful. When we returned the car the counter person was awesome. I wish car seat rental options were available when reserving the vehicle.
They still haven't sent me an official receipt so I have no idea what they going to charge me and I dislike not knowing but it’s inconvenient to leave work and have to use PTO time to cross town and try to track it down when I shouldn't have to.

On kayak I added the Insurance for 11 dollars per day. Once I arrived at Enterprise I was told it’s 18 dollars per day. The old bait and switch, this is crappy and should not happen.
The car I rented wasn't available, they were no help when called. After I landed found out that the rental car place was 20 minutes away and not sure why you advertise them for this airport. I had to wait over an hour to get ahold of someone. Luckily I canceled and booked with Alamo and got the car I wanted in the first place. You should not have this one on your site for Fort Wayne airport. It isn't close at all.

The car was very dirty. It smelled of cigarette smoke. The left rear turn signals and brake lights didn't work. I had already filled it up with 17.7 gallons ($60) of fuel because the gas tank was almost empty. They said just below half but it was just below 1/4. I returned it immediately because I didn't feel safe driving the 900 miles through Indianapolis, Louisville and Nashville without brake lights and turn signals. We returned it but the office was already closed for the weekend. I received nothing for my rental fee and gas expenditure. Was very disappointed that they would rent a car in such poor condition.

We were on our way to pick up the car and we were notified that they did not have a car available. Claimed that people had brought back damaged cars & that they could not use them. We waited for 3 days to see if they would be able to get us a car. They were not. So we gave up.
