Cons: the branch not warranty what we reserve by your website even the car reserved in the same yard in the pickup time.
and i reserved compact size and they give me economic size and am know waiting the final invoice to check the amount they will charge me in order to send ot back to you to return the differnce.
am sorry about that bit this is what is happed. and they but me in trubble regarding the laggage.

Due to a power outage the pickup office was closed
Pros: I had to make 7
Cons: I had to make 7 different calls to Hertz various phone numbers. None were able to give me a rental car or offer a solution. And my husband had a rental car from Hertz that he had gotten at the airport. So they were already making money off of us but wouldn't resolve the situation for me. I had to cancel and go with a different car rental company.

No use of car
Cons: Never actually was able to rent car. Policy for card allowed me to book reservation, but could not pick up vehicle. Handled very poorly by Hertz team in Livonia. Never again.

Poor customer service
Pros: When I left.
Cons: Very unprofessional, dress code non-existent. Reperesentative talking on personal phone on speaker, just referred me to a brochure when problem occurred. Was told that if they called they would be told the same thing, instead of making the call for me. Poor communication, sat down at desk while I was at the front and didn’t tell me that’s where he’d be helping me. Bathrooms out of service. Overall terrible, not worth saving the money to deal with. Told I was getting an upgrade, and I did not. Brought my car back early and still charged for another day, when it was within the 24 hour period.
