Great experience
Pros: The car was exactly what I expected. I would, however, not buy a Chevy Cruze after driving one. The Enterprise people were most helpful and courteous. Thank you.

Pros: I never received my rental and my vacation with my daughter was canceled because of the poor service I got from them. Also. I have still yet to receive anything from them. Not even a phone call from the their manager. This was the worst experience of my life. My poor daughter was destroyed not being able to go on our vacation. Never again.

Nice car
Pros: The car was very roomy. I am a 6' woman and it was important to have leg room for my 10 hour drive. The young man, Gene who helped me get the car at the Enterprise in Loveland was very nice, professional and got me checked in very fast
Cons: The car did not have cruise control. I would have liked to have been able to get a car with cruise control as I was driving on the highway on a 20 hour round trip. I think it should be something that you can request as not all cars have them.
