The rental was not clean inside. I brought this to the attention of the representative. She did some cleaning but it wasn't enough. Poor quality service. I cleaned the car before I used it on my trip. This was the job of Avis.8.0 Very good

Cons:
I was not aware that a debit card is not acceptable. I do not have a credit card. I was not able to get the car. I came with a paid taxi, waited 20 minutes in line only to walk out with empty hands. I missed a very important appointment out of this whole delay.10.0 Wonderful
