Cons:
We prepaid for this reservation--or so we thought. Upon arrival, we discovered that the costs were actually much higher than anticipated. There seemed to be several reasons/excuses for this. Insurance coverage--which we would normally decline, but seemed like a good idea in Italy--was outrageously expensive. We were also charged for an "additional driver" even though we are a legally married couple (it's unclear whether the fact that we are both male played into that). We were in a hurry, and so had to accept all these fees in order to get to our destination on time.2.0 Poor
