The car was dirty and rattled with every little bump in the road. But the most annoying issues was that the car charger didn't work therefore my gps died and I was lost 20 miles from my destination. I called alamo and they said no problem, just go to the nearest alamo to swap cars. Well... the nearest alamo was 50 miles away. Impossible to do, i was in the area on business. Ended up having to spend $150 for a new gps that would plug into the USP port. Very dissatisfied all around. Never again.....Avis

Price gouging and over charging by Avis. No care for people, all about the money. Child’s car seat was dirty and quite a hassle for them. Car was ok but service from Avis representatives was poor and disorganized.9.6 Wonderful

Nothing. They didn't give me the car I booked. They kept the nicer car for other potential bookings. When i asked for the car i booked they argued... "it shouldn't matter since your saving money" ya Two dollars! i brought the car back and they claimed i put a small crack in the headlight. I didnt!Cons:
