Did not have breakfast. Bed was comfortable. Although outdated, the shower was great

was freezing cold on arrival, we arrived at the time we previously notified the operators, but they hadnt bothered to put heating on to warm up the unit for us. The heaters appeared to have been tampered with, limiting the heat output. Mildew in toilet as per pictures, bottom drawer in kitchen broken, the microwave was sitting on a cheap chipboard stand, poorly painted, Tv remote difficult to operate, touch buttons very sluggish, prob contacts worn out or had liquid spillage inside it. Electric blanket only working on left hand side. When we went out during the day, they must have come in and turned off the heaters and opened the windows wide, on return, wellcomed with a freezing gale blowing through

Kitchen and bathroom in need of update mould in toilet looked like they had tried cleaning but you could smell the mould we were locked out of our room on the second night could not contact reception and ended up checking into a motel across the road we were refunded for the second night but not happy at being unable to contact anyone very dangerous what if there had been a fire???? Phone line went to answering machine
