8.3 Excellent
Pros: Clean and quiet room, helpful staff, room temperature and floor heating was easy to control.
Cons: The Rooftop Garden was just tables and chairs on a roof. Room amenities (coffee, soap, etc) weren’t ‘topped up’ every day, surprising for such an expensive room.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: nice hotel, good room size , and clean the front desk staff is very helpful.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It is a cozy, clean and quiet hotel. The staffs are nice and kind. The building architecture is spacious, open and young. It also has a common kitchen room so you could cook yourself if you want. It was a great pleasure to stay.
6.8 Good
Pros: It was okay, not great, ....beds soft enough
Cons: Three bedroom is too small for three adults, with two you could not pass each other around the beds, room looks bigger on pictures. Beds are simple...
7.5 Good
Pros: Came here for the Chuncheon Marathon. The hotel is just a 20 minute walk from the start, so it is very convenient. It is not close to any kind of station, but you can call a cab and the bus station and train stations are just minutes away. The beds are comfortable and you do have the space you need. The staff are very helpful with all of our requests and they speak very good English, which makes it a bonus.
Cons: There are quite a lot of insects in the room. Good that we are not afraid of them. If there could be more hangers in the bathroom, then that would be awesome.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I rarely give a 10, but this was by far one of the best stays we’ve ever had. Clean and comfortable room with temperature control. Close to where we needed to be and easy to get a cab. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Cannot say enough positive things about this place.
Cons: The convenience store across the street is a little sparse (e.g., no beer), but if you walk around the corner to the right, there’s a small Emart with more options.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff is really really nice ! Very calm. (Because there aren't much too see nearby) Our room got upgraded for free !
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great location and friendly service! We took a taxi near namchuncheon station (after eating at a korean restaurant) and cost us ard 4300won to chuncheon stay. Receptionists were friendly. I liked the flower smell (similar to kenzo flower perfume) of the shampoo/shower gel. You get consistent water temp to bathe in the cold weather.
Cons: The breakfast (buffet) selection were not many. The disappointing part was that when the food were replenished, it was still insufficient for a 9 pax to eat, eg. Replenished sausages came like only 10 small pieces? some food were not even replenished. Breakfast is really disappointing.Other than that, the stay was good.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Overall facilities
Cons: There wasn’t a bar as advertised on the website.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Breakfast is served too late, from 08:00am. Not good for travellers!

5.0 Okay
