I was forced to valet because the valet said there was not an option to self park, but then other guest were allowed to self park that arrived after I did. Rooms were not very clean.

The location is perfect an being directly on the beach was awesome. We lived the pools and the ease of bring able to walk to everything. The design of the hotel could have been better. All we could hear from out balcony were the air-conditioning units. Also the beds, room, and bathroom were pretty tight quarters for mom, dad, and a 7 and 5 year old.

Cons (-) Room service. We ate a late lunch/early dinner and ended up ordering food and a bottle of wine from room service around 9:30pm our first night. They told us it would be ready in 30-35 minutes. They never brought the order and when we called in to check on it they did not answer. Cons (-) -$20/day hotel fee seems excessive for what is provided within that -Apparently they're very strict on coolers in the pool area. Was forced to remove ours.
