The breakfast was non-existant, however well advertised it simply wasn’t offered during my stay. No compensation was offered for this.
Crumbs around microwave and coffee still in pot from last guest. Room smelled bad and felt dirty. Furniture and carpet full of stains. Hard to find an employee for check-in at 7:30pm. Youngsters drinking alcohol and BBQing in the parking lot right in front of the room until after 1a.m. In the morning. Rooms on either side booked by said youngsters, no social distancing measures taken by this hotel.
The breakfast was no more and no less satisfactory as any in this property price range
Bed was a bit hard for me BUT that is a personal matter and might be exactly what another would prefer
I'd stayed there before so I was familiar with the facility.
The noise of the heater/air conditioner.
Nice location, clean rooms.
Ad said there was a heated pool and hot tub. False, no heated pool and hot tub was not hot. Great steam room made up for it somewhat. Loved the location.
• clean (there was even that strip of paper taped over the toilet seat to let you know it had been sanitized) • free wifi • free breakfast (another reviewer complained about limited options, but i found the same options as every other hotel i’ve stayed: 4 different cereals, bagels, toast, hard boiled eggs, diy waffles, prepackaged pastry, coffee, juice. standard ubiquitous & boring “continental” breakfast stuff.) • tons of parking
• posted hours for pool & hot tub said 10am-10pm, but front desk clerk said that they’re actually only open 5pm-10pm. (i was looking forward to a morning dip before i checked out.) • room was generally outdated. the tv, microwave, coffee maker, coffee, and toiletries seemed like they were all picked out in like 1996 and then never updated. which would be fine for a less expensive hotel, but for $140 a night i expected more. • front desk clerk was curt. not rude, just not particularly welcoming. it’s the little things, you know? • another reviewer mentioned how annoying it was that the bathroom light + fan were connected, so whenever the light was on a loud fan was blowing, and i thought they were being whiny. but after staying in the room i can confirm that actually it is super annoying to have a loud fan blowing when you’re trying to take a relaxing shower.
