Pros: Very nice and lovely staff. Big comfortable rooms with a lot of space and light.
Cons: No AC
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful establishment in a great location. When we arrived the person who welcomed us was extremely helpful and showed us where we could park close by and pay at the hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and have everything you need. Breakfast was great with a wide selection of high quality items. Would certainly recommend to stay here when visiting Cochem.
Cons: Nothing, even the train track that some previous guests mentioned was not an issue at all. Slept the whole night with the window open, in a room at the back of the building and both of us did not wake up because of train noise.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was excellent.
Cons: The curtains were less.the 2 bedroom apartment had only 1 bathroom.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Secure parking for our bicycles, we had a great welcome, with good guidance on where to find the local restaurants and sights, the room was excellent and a very good breakfast

10.0 Excellent
Pros: This has honestly been my favorite German Hotel. We have stayed at many hotels over the years and this beats them all. The view was breathtaking. The service was way above what is expected. The breakfast was phenomenal and the presentation was absolute class. The cleanliness of this hotel is outstanding and the minute you walk in, the scent of fresh orchids fills your senses. Fresh flowers and plants are all over and in perfect condition. The location could not be better. It is just a short walk away to the bus that takes you to the castle and to all the restaurants and shops. I give this an A+++++++++ Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great, location was perfect - not too close to the noise, but an easy 2 minute walk away from the activity. The host was very helpful, parking is easily arranged. The standard room is on the smaller size, typical for European hotels. Our son had a larger room and it was very spacious. We would definitely book at this hotel again.
Cons: Can't think of anything.

Pros: Beautiful location with views of the Cochem Castle! Newly renovated rooms, we will definitely visit this hotel again!

Pros: Absolutely beautiful apartment with fantastic view of Reichsburg Cochem. The location was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of the village center, but still close enough to walk into the village. The owners of the apartment were so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would definitely stay here again!!
Cons: The walk up the hill is a bit steep, but made for a great workout :-)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful apartment, spacious, everything absolutely clean. Beds comfortable. Great view to Cochem and Cochem castle. We were allowed to use many chairs on the terrace and table on the terrace, where we could eat our food and enjoy wonderful view. Host family very friendly and always ready to help. We could store our bikes safely in the garage of the owners. Apartment is about 2km from center of Cochem, when you walk to the apartment- the last part is up the hill. But we knew that a that is "the price" you pay for o wonderful view.

Pros: Great view from the apartment , lovely and clean . The owners are attentive but discreet. Fabulous breakfast
Cons: Nothing really , it's a bit of a climb to walk up to the property . Wasn't a problem to me but less able people may struggle.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely beautiful view from the breakfast room. The breakfast was also enormous, and quite good. The hostess was lovely, very friendly and accommodating.
Cons: The only thing I didn't like was that it was about a 20-25 minute walk from the center of Cochem to the apartment. However, the benefit of this walk is that you get the beautiful view of Cochem and the castle.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hosts were amazing! The apartment was over the top clean and well appointed. We were beyond impressed and thrilled with this lovely apartment. There was nothing we would change except we wish we could have stayed MUCH longer!

9.6 Excellent
Pros: The owner is so friendly and accomodating, this is really appreciated by me and other travelers I know. Breakfast was great, location is great, the whole place is very clean. Very happy with our stay in both rooms.
7.1 Good
Pros: Incredible breakfast to say the least.
Cons: We stayed due to our friends booking this apartment. They were rudely refused check in because they had a baby. This draconian attitude is rediculous in todays social acceptance. When i questioned the host he simply did not give a care in the world. Very poor attitude. As a result we did not share an apartment that we had travelled vast distances to share each others company.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great location, amazing breakfast, lovely modern and comfortable room, great bed!
Cons: There was only one very small trashcan in the bathroom. Would have liked a bigger trashcan for our garbage.

Pros: This is a very friendly hotel in an excellent location. View from our balcony was amazing as we had a perfect view of the Cochem Castle. On site parking was always available at no additional cost, and it was a very easy walk to the center of Cochem. The owners were accommodating in every way. It was very hot while we were there, and the hotel does not have air conditioning (normally not needed!), but they found a fan for us which helped. Rooms were very clean and breakfast was plentiful. We would definitely stay there again!
Cons: Nothing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved everything about this property. The view from our apartment was amazing. The people we dealt with were so friendly and helpful. They bent over backwards to make us feel welcome and see you to our needs.
Cons: I can’t think of anything we didn’t like about our stay there.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Cute property in a lovely location. The owners were lovely people and always helpful and very friendly. Lovely breakfast, gracious hostess and her mother. The lady who cleaned our room every morning was always cheerful and friendly. Within a kilometer from the restaurants in Cochem (we were in Sehle) and the tour boats. We were in the back because we don’t like road noise and enjoyed looking for birds and seeing and hearing a couple of deer that hang around.
Cons: This was NOT a problem for us but would let others no that there are stairs up to the rooms and the main restaurants are a bit of a walk.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely wonderful place with great view to the Moselle and Reichsburg Cochem. Really nice people, great breakfast and coffee. Loved the pool, since we had 35-36 degrees for four days.
Cons: I'm not quite in shape for the walk up the stairs to the 3. floor, where our lovely room was! (no lift). Longer opening hours for the pool would have been great in the heatwave.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: View of Reichsburg Cochem/Cochem Castle from my room! View of the river from my room Balcony Choice of room Pool Wine from the region available for additional purchase to enjoy in your room or within their guest areas Beautiful family - had some lovely chats and they were all too happy to give guidance on where to visit and ways to get to those places

Pros: Family run, everyone extremely helpful and friendly. Excellent room with balcony looking towards the river - great place to sample a bottle of Riesling from the family vineyard after a long day. Very good breakfast. Short stroll into Cochem for huge choice of restaurants for dinner. Secure place to store your bikes if you fancy a ride up and down the Mosell. Our second visit - must make use of the pool next time.

Pros: Perfect breakfast, freshly made boiled and scrambled eggs. Also loved the swimming pool. Location was perfect, you can reach the center of Cochem in a few minutes walking.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location, very friendly staff, clean rooms with spacious terraces, extra children cots with bed linen free of charge, clean swimming pool with extra towels and warm shower, breakfast area with kid's corner and sofas - very nice stay in general!

Cons: A bit hot at night but excellent. Parking for motorcycle a bit limited.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We spent at Haus von Hogem in Cochem two nights in August 2019 on the way from Poland to Spain. The hotel was is clean and neat. The hotel provided a free wifi and free parking places. We had a stunning view on the Cochem Castle from the balcony of our room. We could prepare our meals in the kitchenette. The hotel was located in a quiet small street only 5 min by walk from the city centre. We spent here two nice days in the beautiful Moselle Valley. We visited the large medieval Eltz Castle located about 30 km from Cochem. We recommend the hotel for a few day stay here in Summer.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great location offering a lovely walk into Cochem centre. The room was clean with an added bonus of tea and coffee making facilities .
Cons: Nothing to dislike
9.2 Excellent
Pros: View to the castle
Cons: Lights come in the morning from the kitchen
5.0 Okay
Pros: The price, the free parking in the hotel and the location. Although it is not in the center it is just a 15 minutes walking near the river and with lovely views. It also has a supermarket very near by foot.
Cons: We had no one to receive us at check-in. The room was in the back of the house, without a balcony, very small and not confortable. The entrance to the room was directly from the street and since it was raining a lot we had to enter our luggage all wet directly into the room. The bed was very small and since we are tall we had our feet outside the bed. At night it was cold and the heating was not working. Also when having a bath the floor was easily with a lot of water.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Impeccably clean. Unbelievable views of the castle and peekaboo views of the river. Easy checkin and out.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the entire location. Can't believe how amazing it was
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I accidentally booked the room for the wrong date (off by 1 day) and when we showed up the lady in charge was kind enough to accommodate us anyway. Beautiful, cozy hotel with balcony views of the castle. Easy 10-20 min stroll along the river to the town center. Recommend eating at Pizzeria Castello.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Great value for the money, amazing location and excellent room.
7.7 Good
Pros: Location is great, staff is very friendly and the rooms are quite comfortable.
7.7 Good
Pros: The room was tidy and clean; a great value for the price. It is a few blocks from the main tourist area (in a residential neighborhood) which made it a bit quieter and a very pleasant experience.
6.0 Good
Pros: The apt was lovely and modern. Fortunately, we found a supermarket and a bus stop nearby so that we could go into town. Otherwise, without a car, we would have had a real problem. It seems that this place is intended for German vacationers with a car.
Cons: When we first got there, there was no way of knowing how to get in. Only by luck did a neighbor show up and tell us about the key and the note under the mat. Otherwise, we would never have gotten in. Good thing he happened to be home and we were persistently calling out.!
5.3 Okay
Pros: Hotel is a very good value for money. Comfortable large rooms. Beds are excellent and comfy. Some rooms have a fantastic view to the castle (top floor).
Cons: The bathroom needs remodling. There are no onsite hotel personnel, although this turned out not to be any problem for us. We exhausted the town in 2 hours.
5.2 Okay
Pros: Very clean and nice apartment.
Cons: A litle bit far from city center
7.3 Good
Pros: Haus Von Hoegen is situated very close to Cochem (about 1 km). The appartment had a kitchenette (small pots and pans though) which is a grand thing for people having a tight budget for the holidays. It was nice & calm in the evening. Very good situated nearby the Mosell (with a lovely view on the Reichsburg) and can function very well as a "home base" for hiking in the wine hills, visiting castles such as Burg Elz, and to explore Cochem and the small medieval villages nearby (Belstein is a must!). Best go by car, we've found the train station and it is about a 2 km walk to go to the appartment.
Cons:
7.0 Good
Pros: Our penthouse room had a beautiful view of the castle. We also had a small kitchen area that was an added bonus.
Cons:
5.6 Okay
Pros: It was reasonably priced with good access to the central Mosel valley. It was an easy walk to Cochem. The room was a decent size and clean.
Cons: There was no staff on site and it took over an hour to contact someone by phone to let us in.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: very convenient and accessible to Cochem and surrounding areas. very neat and clean
Cons:
6.0 Good
Pros: The house was nice looking and there were kitchen equipment available for cooking.
Cons: The hotel is a bit far from the train station in Cochem.

Pros: The breakfast was the best of all the hotels we have stayed in over the past4 weeks. The staff were friendly and dinner in the restaurant was good.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was so welcoming and warm and gave us a choice of room. The view from our balcony of the castle was stunning, and the breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay here again!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a very good hotel. Everything works easily from the shower to the door key cards. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing with a large hot thermos flask of good coffee giving at least three big cups which are warmed ready to pour into. The evening meals are delicious and good value at 20 Euros for three courses. The waiter is professional and so pleasant. We couldn’t eat three courses and just had a main, but they bing a complimentary little starter. It’s all lovely. The view from every balcony down the valley and across to Cochem Castle is stunning. This is the view from the dining rooms too. You can eat outside or in and enjoy the view. There is a relaxing garden with a small pool which is great in the warm weather. There are bikes to hire and it’s straight onto the Mosel cycle path. It’s an easy walk across the old bridge and into Cochem centre. The hotel lift runs from the cool cellar where you can roll your case up the slope from the hotel car park and access each floor.
Cons: Nothing! It was all excellent.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We enjoyed the intimate feel of the small family-run hotel. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The view of the castle from our room was spectacular! Enjoying a bottle of local wine (sold at the hotel) on the porch was a great way to end our evening. Highly recommend.
Cons: We stayed during a heat wave and there was no A/C. This wasn't too bad because there was a large window, but the tower fan did not work well. The fan would have made a big difference in helping to cool the room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful place to stay, friendly staff. Amazing breakfast, great selection of food (hot & cold) even complimentary sparkling wine! We had an evening meal for 2 nights. Excellent value for money, 20 Euros for 3 courses. Will stay again.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We really enjoyed the dinners and the options provided The extras like e-bikes, boat trips and free visitor train and bus passes all provided by the Hotel The honesty bar and the breakfasts were fantastic
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast is one of the best we have had. The staff were superb. The facilities from the gym to the 'honesty' fridge were excellent. Our stay there coincided with a very hot spell of weather in June, and we were extremely happy for that service. There was plenty of information for walkers and cyclists.
Cons: Our only minor complaint would be that if your stay was for several days, the choice on the evening menu could have been a little more. But we managed. :-)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Unbeatable view from my second floor balcony (third floor must be amazing!). The lady at reception was so polite and explained the town to me with good spots to eat, even let me choose between two rooms for my favorite castle view :) breakfast was delicious with plenty of meats and cheeses and bread selection, and nice strong coffee. Would recommend to all who want the best view in Cochem!!!

Pros: Room was good.
Cons: This is an owner-operated hotel. Pop, mom and off-spring. These people are absolutely not suited to be hoteliers. Their sense of service is upside-down. They expect the guest to adjust to their schedule, rather than they accomodating the guest. Such as, Thursday, the day I was supposed to check-in, is their day-of-rest, how ridiculous can it get?

Pros: Very vriendly an helpful owners. They helped us find some nice activities during our stay. The room was clean. The breakfast was nice with fresh froot and some cake and normal breakfast of course. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location to stay in Mosel valley, free shuttle bus takes you to Cochem in five minutes, actually much better that staying in Cochem itself with all problems with parking and crowds of tourists. Parking was easy and free just across the road from the hotel. We've had two rooms, both were very nice and clean, convenient beds and nice wooden furniture. Owners are very pleasant, welcoming and helpful family. It was a pleasure to stay with them. Also we've arrived later than planned but they waited for us. Breakfast was quite good, nothing beyond the standard set, but still good variety and would make you full.
Cons: View from the rooms was not super fantastic, but that is such a minor point.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: very good range of breakfast items and a great welcome from the owner each morning. Although there was no restaurant (the owner said we could order an evening meal if we asked at breakfast time) but several nice restaurants within 300m
Cons: it was all fine!

Pros: breackfast was good . the food on the menu in the bar was great cooked by rainer the owner who speaks good English. I was on my moterbike which was secured in locked garage over night .nice location 6km north off cochem in small village a way out of the tourist parts a good places to base your moterbike tour of the area. which have great roads to ride
Cons: not a lot .wanted a quiet place to relax after riding the great roads of the efil region great beer in bar .
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Host was very good and made us feel very welcome. We arrived around 8pm and were given a good hot meal straight away. We were there for the Nürburgring 24 hour and the track was 30 mins away driving through great scenery - good bendy drivers’ roads and some unlimited speed sections to give the car legs. Rooms were a good size with flat screen and on-suite. Highly recommended!
Cons: Only minor point was church that chimed at 6am, although the good double glazing blocked most of the sound out. This was not a problem.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was ready and setup perfectly well.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Clean
Cons: Pillows too soft Asked for a water at breakfast, brought a fancy bottle and then charged 5 euros at checkout for the bottle of water
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were very good, bed was comfortable, and the atmosphere was great. The food in the restaurant was exceptional. Overall, a tremendous value for the money.
Cons: Location was a little off the beaten path, but well worth the value!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We have just returned from a few days stay at Gasthaus Am Brunnen. If you are looking for clean, comfortable and peaceful accommodation this is perfect. Rainer Michels immediately came out to greet us when we arrived with our motorcycles which were secured in his private garage with room for quite a few more if you are traveling in a group. The double rooms were recently decorated and spacious with plenty of hanging wardrobe space. Clean and fresh shower and toilet en suite. We had our breakfast and some evening meals which were excellent. All made and served by Rainer (who is a chef). Great value stay and will definitely stay again. Many thanks.

6.3 Good
Cons: No car access to hotel, rooms are very small
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location Comfy Easy check, cheerful hosts.
Cons: WiFi practically does not connect to the internet- we hardly could use it. Squeaky bed.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable large room. Good location in the old part of town. Wine festival in full swing!
Cons: No air con or fan provided. Necessary to leave windows open as it was hot. Wine Festival on but was finishing the first night of our stay but music didn’t stop till after 1 am. Because this hotel is in the old part of town, a narrow lane way separates it from the apartment opposite. I found it difficult to sleep listening to animated conversations! (I realise that people obviously are allowed to talk in their own homes!!) Lift not working on departure day but the owner did apologise.
7.9 Good
Cons: No parking close to the hotel

Pros: They accommodated a last minute booking seamlessly. Check in was smooth. Clean, cute, great location, breakfast was great.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very convenient to city attractions. The host was very friendly and helpful!!
Cons: The WiFi doesn’t work on the 3rd floor. The host was very apologetic. She says it’s due to the mountains. She did everything she could to accommodate. She is very nice and helpful.

Pros: great location in the heart of the town .room with kitchenette was clean and shiny.host so nice and helpful.very good breakfast.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location and the room were really nice. Best breakfast I ever had! Lady of the house was also really friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.
Cons: Pillows were a bit to big. Not really sleeping pillows.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Room had its own patio area and was quite spacious.
Cons: Wish they had room refrigerator.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast - good selection for a German breakfast. Right in the center of town to get easy access to shopping and restaurants. Friendly staff. Room was clean.
Cons: Our room faced the streets so we heard the noise from the restaurant next door. Request a room off the street if you stay during the summer months when you leave the window open. Bed was hard.
7.5 Good
Pros: The comfort double room was spacious and breakfast was great (note: if you can't appreciate a German/European style breakfast you may want to look elsewhere as this is what is provided)
Cons: Internet signal was weak and the speed was very slow (this may have been the result of the week signal). The quadruple room was small (compared to the comfort room) but is just sufficient, we felt this was overpriced. No parking options provided, but this was stated in the description so no surprise.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast, very nice owners and a lovely walk along the river into Cochem
Cons: We were there during very hot weather (no air conditioning) but we already were aware of that when we booked so it was not a surprise to be warm. :)

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was great, super helpful -- as an English speaker they were very accommodating. Location was excellent, only a few minutes from town, parking was easy -- this is my go-to place for Cochem!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The view from the balcony was amazing! We had a great view over the castle and the river and with a ten minute walk we were in the city-center. The owner was very pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was very nice, the breakfast hall had a nice view and was very cozy.
Cons: The walls in the rooms were a bit thin. There weren't any really loud guests but you could still somewhat hear their conversations. The room we stayed in specifically was also rather small.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly owners
Cons: Little farther away from the castle and downtown than I thought
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was very nice, clean and updated. Our room was spacious with a big bathroom. We enjoyed the free cookies. The staff was gracious. We really liked the breakfast, especially the made-to-order eggs.
Cons: The only things that were a bit negative were the distance from town (about 20 minutes walking) and the light and noise from outside. We wore sleep masks and played white noise, so it didn't bother us too much, but those who like dark and quiet may struggle.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was friendly and clean. It was a little bit out of town, but meant it was peaceful and less hustle and bustle of the centre . I loved the outside dining and drinking space, a perfect view of the castle which you would not get in the centre. Brilliant breakfast with eggs made to order. Great value for money !

Cons: Wasn't a problem for us because we just visited during the start of fall but lack of AC could be a problem on hotter days.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is perfect , the hotel owners were very nice , i just love this place this is the third time i visit this town
Cons: Every thing was very good , the price and location
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Not your standard hotel!
Cons: Nothing to mention.
6.3 Good
Pros: We were 'invited ' to go to Villa Vie 'nearby' run by the same owner - which we were told was much nicer...(but we did not see the rooms in Villa Vinum to make a comparison ) ,The room was clean and fresh with a lovely view of the castle.
Cons: We found the steep stairs tiring after a long journey and with suitcases. The bathroom was modern but the shower head was inferior to the other fittings and there were not enough hooks to hang towels. I asked for the standard lamp to be fixed (it was not working when we arrived ) ) and it never was ....On arriving at Villa Vinum we seemed to be given a 'hard sell' to opt for Villa Vie run by the same owner as Villa Vinum( it transpired , other guests were also given this information at the time of our stay This hotel is not as conveniently placed as Villa Vinum. When we went past Villa Vinum on our way to a restaurant we noticed that the parking area for Villa Vinum was empty - and there were no lights on in the building .....very strange.......
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, large bedroom, excellent shower room, excellent breakfast.
Cons: Beds uncomfortable being too hard for our taste.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Super nice hotel, we got a view of both the water and the castle!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very traditionally built with lots of original features
Cons: No issues
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was a charming hotel which we liked very much. The hotel is an old building that seems to have been refurbished with a mix of old and new design. The hotel is cozy, the staff is very nice and helpful. We got good tips on where to buy good wine and where to shop for food. Our room was spacious with very good ceilings, a separate toilet room and a bathroom which were both of a good standard. In the dining room there was a separate corner where guests could supply themselves with snacks, wine, beer or mineral water, a very good alternative to a small minibar in each room :-) There is a private parking space behind the hotel.
Cons: It was nothing for us to dislike with this hotel :-)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had a reservation at Villa Vinum but we stayed at the Villa Vie instead which is very nice!! Both hotels have the same owner. The owners and staffs are very very nice. We really had a great experience there. We had a good sleep. The room is very clean. Importantly, the view from our balcony is superb!! Although Villa Vie is located quite far from the train station and we did not have car, the owner gave us a ride to train station every time. We really appreciate this.
7.9 Good
Pros: Good location
Cons: No elevator, very bad wifi (basically not)

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location - easy walk over the bridge into town. We changed our booking to be a suite and it was very large with a separate bedroom - ideal for putting toddler to bed early and enabling us to sit in the living room.
5.7 Okay
Pros: Good view, manager friendly, breakfast buffet good, room spacious
Cons: Not much info in hotel leaflet, soap dispensers all buckled, towels small, room a bit expensive
6.7 Good
Pros: The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The location is great with fabulous views of the river, castle and downtown Cochem.
5.3 Okay
Pros: Hotel is well-located, just by the old bridge. Staff were welcoming and helpful.
Cons: Hotel's interior is freshly-painted but rather dated. Guests seem usually to be around retirement age. Breakfast a little disappointing for hotels in this price bracket.
6.0 Good
Pros: It was good place to stay few nights along river Mosel. The situation is excellent, near the center of city Cochem - not too far, but without the noise of center. Good scenery on the river!
Cons: The heating season of the hotel started at the last day we spent there at the last week of August. The comfort of the hotel would have been better, if the heating would have started earlier. The air humidity was unpleasant before heating.

The propriotor was alway available and was an excellent host. It was good to have an honesty bar for refershments and the prices were acceptable. As motorcyclists, it was good to be made welcome and have the availablity of specialist route maps for bikers. The garage was also an excellent facillity.
Cons:

Cons: A taxi ride to and from train station. But a half hour beautiful walk into town.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely cosy hotel, staff is very friendly and very willing to help you with everything. We didn't got to have dinner in the restaurant but a little bit outside the hotel. We stayed in winter but could only imagine how nice it would be in summer
Cons: Nothing really, keep in mind that it is not a modern hotel but it has the German cosiness around it whch makes it amazing.
7.1 Good
Pros: Excellent restaurant.
Cons: Very compact bathroom, extra charge for breakfast.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Almost everything.Food was good value
Cons: UNMARKED Showertaps led to minor scalding with very hot water. We considered this could be danger to children or to less mobile or infirm elderly
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice view over the Mosel river from a balcony. Food very good on the Saturday night and at Sunday breakfast.
Cons: Some staff rather unhelpful.
7.9 Good
Pros: I have stayed at this hotel many times before and always found it excellent. The staff know me and welcomed me and my friend warmly.
Cons: The facilities in our rooms I feel should have included more customer consumables such as proper soap not liquid soap and hair shampoo rather than one small hand and body lotion.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Great breakfast
Cons: The hotel was rated 1 on Trip Advisor in the entire Mosel region and based on the price I expected just a little bit of luxury. But everything is very basic, no luxury. You have to pay with cash all the time You can’t have the bill for a beer and Coke put on the room. You have to pay with cash immediately. Anoying and not what I expect from a hotel in 2019. No aircon in the room Only hot water in the bathroom
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Swimming Pool
Cons: No air conditioning in the room That needs to be fixed specially in summer
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Room, swimming pool, staff and food.
Cons: It would have been the icing on the cake if the hotel provided a pay as you use shuttle to and from the centre.
