Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's convenient location, often close to public transport and city attractions. However, many reviews express dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of rooms and facilities, citing dirt, unpleasant odors, and maintenance issues. Service is frequently described as lacking, with limited reception hours and unhelpful staff responses. Bed comfort is also a common concern, with several guests finding the beds too soft or uncomfortable. Despite some positive remarks about room size and friendly staff, overall guest experiences are mixed, with negatives outweighing the positives.
