Pros (+) The location is great. Nice lobby. Generally helpful staff. Clean and new-ish. Had a safe in the room. Great view from the room. Close to several sights, and close to main train station & metro. You can easily get to the airport by train or metro from the hotel.
Cons (-) I have stayed at this same hotel several times, but it seems, that they have divided the regular room into two, it was really small for 2 persons. Extremely small room for this price. We were offered an upgrade at arrival, to a normal room for more than 200 DKK extra per night. Breakfast used to be simply amazing, but this time the scrambled eggs were under-cooked, once they had 4 kinds of herring...

Pros (+) We were told that if we waited from noon till three we could get a room with a better view (from a higher floor). We got a room on the 10th floor--view was very good. The room was by far the smallest we had in Helsinki, Ivako, Bergen & Oslo. For two there was only one chair. It seemed to be a single which was turned into a double.
