Pros (+) Cleanliness- even though an older hotel and sons are appear under construction- overall clean. The staff was helpful and accommodating.
Cons (-) Only two towels with four people registered and no wash cloths.

Pros (+) Clean rooms, walking distance to Coral Gables. Nice Restaurant in building. Food was very good and reasonable, wait staff very attentive.
Cons (-) Need a shelf or something in bathroom for personal items. Not enough room for two people's things. Chairs in dinning area need something to lesson the scrapping sound, very noisy.
