The attention to detail everywhere was remarkable. The room was spacious, very comfortable and clean. Spa, sauna, steam in the room was delightful and our own private lounge patio on the back side of our room. There were ninja cleaners who somehow tidied up and refreshed constantly for you without ever seeing them. The grounds were lovely. The proprietor is an 8th or 9th generation owner and give his all to this place. Lunch by the pool was relaxing, there was a bountiful breakfast spread every morning and they offered a very haute cuisine in the evenings. There is an incredible ball room available if you want need one. The town at the top of the hill nearby was great for exploring, sightseeing, shopping and dining.

Loved the 17th century building, but with all the modern comforts. Fine dining. The owner is amazing and passionate about his home and welcomes you like a friend. Short drive to Cortona to see the beautiful village.
