Our room was not serviced at all for 2 days. We had to order new towels and other amenities. The parking policy, self park vs valet was confusing. My account was charged for both self park and valet each day. I had it reversed and the account was corrected when checked out. The on-site Starbucks staff was not very attentive. Pros (+) Beds were comfortable. Room was well-maintained. Staff was very kind. The valets were especially helpful, looking for taxis, offering water
Cons (-) Amenities too expensive. ($9.00 a day to have music on the TV?) Day parking fee was reduced for our convention but no reduction for those of us who were staying in the hotel. Tub/shower was dangerous. Nothing to hold onto. Light too dim. Peephole in the door was too high for an average-size woman to look through.

Pros (+) The front door man Mike was excellent, always had the best smile and attitude each time we went in and out. Our bell hops to and from the hotel were also wonderful. Our server at the lounge was also excellent and attentive. This location is perfect since it has easy access to dining, shops and the freeway. We will definitely be back!

Pros (+) Just steps away from the Segerstrom Theatre and across the street from South Coast Plaza. Well kept, friendly and knowledgeable staff. The room was very comfortable and quiet.
Cons (-) We enjoyed the entire experience. There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Pros (+) Loved that I was able to do early check in and was offered complimentary late check out. Enjoyed the elegant atmosphere. The heated pool was our favorite. Walking distance to dinner and to the mall to do some shopping.
Cons (-) Parking was a bit expensive $27.00 to be exact.
