I arrived at 2pm and the receptionist told me to come back at 3pm (regular check in time). At 3pm, she said that the room is not ready and wait for 10 mins. When I reminded at 3:20pm she told me to be patient. Finally I got the key at 3:30pm. The room is too cold and the heater is not powerful enough to heat the room and it turns off by itself most of the time. It was very long to get the lift most of the time.
