Pros (+) The modern decor was very nice. Room was spacious, very clean and well appointed. Loved the sausage biscuit option late at night.
Cons (-) Prices at the bar were ridiculous. Had some out of control wedding guests on 26 Aug 2017 that were overserved at the wedding.

Pros (+) Friendly staff, ambiance of being an old dept. store
Cons (-) My room wasn't cleaned on the second day of my stay for some reason. There were no coffee pot in the rooms. Had to get dressed and go down to coffee bar. Called for room service for a pot of coffee, front desk told me most people just came down to get coffee.

Pros (+) This gem of a hotel is located slightly off the beaten path but close enough to the city without the inconveniences. The interior design is fabulous. The attention to detail and focus on guest comfort is outstanding. I'd give the breakfast 5 stars as well. Looking forward to my next visit.
Cons (-) The dinner menu was a bit limited. Would have liked to see more small plate/ app selections on the bar menu.
