Stuck here during the border closure. Owner was there the whole time and had breakfast and amazing dinner every night. Able to get us things from the store while being stuck
Marco, the Hotel manager is so humble and people focus. He made everything possible for us to spend the Covit-19 quarantine is such a nice way. He also become a friend to all of us stranded because of the situation. Food, thanks to the great chef Jorge, every meal was so amazing. And the most amazing part was that he shared cooking knowledge to whomever asked him question. Service personnel, so humble and respectful. I will definitely spend another quarantine period in the property. In addition to all that, the view from the property is great.
service and the whole experience
We were welcomed with a lovely cup of Coco tea to help with the altitude sickness. Each evening there was a hot water bottle delivered to our room which was a lovely touch. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and the location was great. Quiet but close enough to all the action and nice restaurants. They also kept our luggage safe at no extra charge while we were away trekking for 4 days
There is no elevator so a trip up to the third or fourth floor can leave you out of breath although the staff always help with the luggage.
Hotel was good however they were supposed to be a restaurant on property and there was not so choices of food was very limited
Staff treated me with a coca leaf tea, as I was struggling with the altitude. The room was really clean and the bed was super comfy. They even brought round hot water bottles in the evenings when it was cold. Staff very friendly and nice. Great location, it is about 5-10 minutes walk to main square and there are lots of great cafes and restaurants on the walk.
The breakfast was limited for vegans, but to be fair I didn’t let them know so it’s my fault. But great breakfast options if you’re a non vegan. I’m sure if I’d asked they would have provided me with something.
