Staff were very accommodating and helpful - giving us a map of the area and pointing out all of the places to see. The room was very comfortable, with a split-system heater in the room, which worked very well. This was very important!
Not a lot of options for people with gluten allergies at the breakfast. Some of the other guests were quite loud walking past our room quite often with their young child.

Breakfast starts early and there are couple of different types of fruits, cereals, cold cuts, buns and warm buffet that changes daily to select from. Coffee, tea, milk as well as selection of juices available as well. Friendly staff - they can help you with print out a boarding pass (if you fly with viva make sure to have printed boarding pass, otherwise they charge 53 soles per boarding pass!), order a taxi or help you organize you tours. There is a good grocery store 5 min from hotel where you can get water, snacks and pastries as well as other staff you might need. 10 min away from the main square. AC in the room so you can adjust temperature / heating if needed.
Bathroom could be better cleaned to remove moldy smell. Only 2 towels provided (one per person) and no separate towel for hands.
