LOCATION-would not walk around (very questionable area). Signs posted in parking lot "no drugs, no visitors..." "Front desk" is a shelf with an opening to push papers through, manager is behind glass wall. Manager lives downstairs and door/ windows have bars. nor is there anywhere to walk around. Close to Bishop art market.
Not one single thing. I will never return. Please take this place off your website.
I did not like one single thing about this facility. Owner/front desk person rude. Mold in bathroom. No soap, shampoo had to ask. Fridge not working. Ac did not cool. Loud talking out side room all night. My husband actually put the dresser in room up against the door to feel safe. Ask the owner if I could stay one hour more at check out, he told me know. I told him I was willing to pay extra he still told me no. Horrible experience ever.
There was a roof over my head and a lock on the door, from there it was all downhill!
A very bad experience, would never stay here again! For starters everyone should know that there is no WiFi at the property, the management admitted to that being falsely advertised on the website, when booking.com then got involved suddenly they said the wifi was working, however it never was and they do not offer wifi anywhere at the property. The management was very rude and un-interested in offering any kind of help or service on any queries we had. The aircon is really noisy, there were dead cockroaches under the bed and the bed was hard as stone. My advise, find a different place, it's not worth to spend your money here. (booking.com ended up offering me a discount voucher, which was great service on their part)
