Pros (+) Everything you need clean comfortable and courteous staff excellent continental breakfast. Adequate pool that was clean. Overall a nice comfortable stay..
Pros (+) The recent renovations are nice, rooms are clean, nice linens, and breakfast was convenient and satisfactory. My kids and I enjoyed our stay. Convenient location and good price.
Cons (-) The thermostat was not working in our room. I did not realize this until the middle of the night (it got uncomfortably warm and stuffy) and I could not get it fixed at that time because I did not want to risk waking my kids. The staff was neutral to this inconvenience upon checkout.
Pros (+) The room was very comfortable. The hotel was easy to find and the man at the front desk couldn't have been nicer. I wish I knew his name to tell his manager because he went above and beyond to help and make us feel welcomed.
Cons (-) They probably should warn you it's under construction. The shower was old, smelled of mold and looked dirty. Again it's under construction so maybe they are updating this soon. By 8:00 am they had run out of panckake mix, the lady working wouldn't bother to find the ingredients since, "it doesn't matter we're out anyway." They still had chocolate. Cons (-) THE AC DID NOT WORK WHILE WE WERE THERE. We notified staff several times and no one fixed it. It was warm in the room on a hot, humid day.
