Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's breakfast, amenities (including pet-friendly features and spa), and the quality of the onsen/bathroom facilities. The restaurant and buffet received high marks for variety and taste, though a few noted limited menu changes. Service was a mixed point, with several negative mentions of front desk staff, but many others highlighted helpful and friendly staff elsewhere. Some guests noted the building's age and room size as minor drawbacks, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, especially for value and relaxation.
