Cons:
We could have been better informed about the hours. Everything we received said that the location was open until 5 PM. When we got there at 4:30 we learned through a sign on the door that they closed at 4. Lost our money on buying the insurance and had to spend twice as much to get another car that we could pick up at the airport.10.0 Wonderful

My review is for Enterprise, NOT KAYAK. Kayak is great.Cons:
However, when I showed up to get the car, which I needed for a job interview near where I'm moving, my reservation was acknowledged and I was told "we don't have enough cars to fill the reservations." I left without the car and had to miss my interview. When I called corporate, they contacted the store I went to and were told that, actually, no one has come into the store and they don't remember having a conversation me. Their system showed that there were cars and that I had one reserved. But they continued to deny that I had even been in there. Very ridiculous, unprofessional, and I was not given any resolution.2.0 Poor

In general I am very unhappy with the service, and do no intend to rent a car at enterprise again. The credit card device wasn't working properly, I've mentioned several times that my credit card was ok, but the attendant was very rude, and gave me the impression that I was lying about it. At the end we use another credit card device and worked.National

Cons:
Full size car not available. Have a car with nasty stale cigarette smell. Then changed to a very small SUV calling it an upgrade. Line waiting at Sacramento was half hour with 3 customers in line. Budget needs to streamline the process and provide a clean car as promised. I paid $317 for 4 days rental. Expect better.Hertz

At Sacramento airport, they did not honor the amount I had with online reservation. I have $11.00 something on insurance and they sid they have their own insurance at $ 17.00 so I have to get their higher insurance.Its Rent a Car
