Our room wash freshly remodeled. Simple, but all clean and new. Liked the shower and bathroom. Could have used heavier comforter on the bed.

Most guests praised the hotel's convenient location near the airport and found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. Positive experiences included easy check-in, helpful staff, and good value for the price. However, several guests reported serious issues with overbooking, poor service at the front desk, and problems with the shuttle service, leading to frustration and inconvenience. Some also mentioned dissatisfaction with parking fees, breakfast variety, and minor room maintenance issues. Overall, while many enjoyed their stay for its location and cleanliness, service inconsistencies were a significant concern for others.AI-generated from customer reviews

No airport shuttle provided even though it was advertised in the booking. They said shuttle was shared with other hotels and there was not enough space.
Bed bugs!!! We stayed on second floor and woke in the middle of the night to bites and welts ALL over our bodies! We couldn’t find the bugs per usual with this situation as they hide. The manager handled the situation more poorly than I could ever imagine. It was pretty horrible. I’ll NEVER stay here again.
Pros (+) It was quiet.
Cons (-) Patrons trying to check and/or get breakfast looked for an hour, but no one ever came to the desk. ..no breakfast served, no room deposits returned, room keys just laid across the checkin counter.
Pros (+) Clean room
Cons (-) Better more healthy breakfast options. Need eggs. Not sweets.
Pros (+) Clean enough, fairly quiet
Cons (-) Rooms were a little shabby, staff was not at desk when I checked in, had to wait a while
Pros (+) Clean, basic business motel. 20 minutes to airport
Cons (-) Airport shuttle service was slow and less frequent than other motels
Cons (-) Dirty thin walls could here everything going on No rest do yourself a favor head over to embassy suites
Pros (+) Location was great.
Cons (-) To start, there were ants all over my floor. In addition to that issue, the service was poor. I received a phone call and knock on my door at around midnight that jarred me from my sleep. A "noise complaint" had apparently been filed with the desk about my room's T.V. volume--which was low and should not have been able to be heard through the walls... walls are very thin. The following night, I wa...

Pros (+) The room was clean, shuttle service to the airport was efficient (and ran starting early, which was important for us), and continental breakfast was provided (4am-9am).
Cons (-) The room smelled strongly of Lysol when we first got in (solved by opening the window). It was also quite hot at night (conveniently also solved by opening the window). They were having some computer problems when we checked in, which slowed the process slightly but was not a serious issue.
