Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near the airport, with many finding it easy to access and close to shops and food. Cleanliness was frequently mentioned positively, as were the comfortable beds in several rooms. However, the breakfast received widespread criticism for being minimal or lacking, and some guests noted issues with service and outdated facilities. Overall, the hotel is seen as a good value for its location and comfort, despite some drawbacks.AI-generated from customer reviews

They say they offer a 24 hour shuttle and then try to get you to book an airport ride with a paid limo driver. Bait and switch.
Pros (+) Location near airport.
Cons (-) Yellow caution tape in lobby. Chipped porcelain in tub, broken drain closure. Yard sale furniture. Room 133.
Pros (+) It is conveniently located to the airport and it offers a shuttle (shared with three other nearby hotels) that goes to the airport about every 30 minutes. I used this twice, once to arrive and once back, with no issues. The room layout was fine. I had a single comfortable king-size bed, a working TV and a sofa. The toilet and sink are in separate areas. The room was cleaned daily, except for Sunda...
Cons (-) Please note that this place is under construction, including the free breakfast area. Two adjoining guest rooms were set aside to handle this. After one so-so breakfast (flavorless apple juice and weak coffee), I ate in my room after visiting a super-market. Unfortunately, the refrigerator was so cold, it froze some of the food (and it lacked a knob to adjust the temperature). The walls seemed ver...

Cons (-) Mattress soft and saggy
Pros (+) It was a good bed. Also nice having a mini fridge and a shower cap provided.
Cons (-) The ladies at the front desk upon checking in were ridiculously rude. Neither one wanted to help, they didn't make any eye contact the whole time, she ran my card without telling me what for and then when I asked for how much she said she didn't know, and neither one was helpful with any questions. If it hadn't been booked online already we would've left. The elevator was really sketchy. There was...

Cons (-) Front desk lady very unhelpful, put family members on separate shuttle bus at 3AM +3.30 due to overbooking ! This was not the case.
Pros (+) not much
Cons (-) spa was not working, no maid service one full day
Pros (+) Not much to like.
Cons (-) Dirty. Staff was bothered by doing their job. Room was in need of repair. Wouldn't stay here there again....
Pros (+) I liked that the breakfast was included and also free wifi, the check in was fast and also the checkout.
Cons (-) There was a free shuttle to the airport, and we were on the list for 7:30 am, but when the shuttle arrived at that hour it was full and we couldn't fit in the shuttle, so we had to wait 30 more minutes when we supposed to be on the shuttle at 7:30 am and we got delayed to the flight.
