A few things need improvement
The wireless was close to worthless. It wasn’t worth trying to use as it was non responsive. The TV wouldn’t display the picture properly no matter which format I picked. Perhaps the use of an HDMI cable from the set top box to the TV instead of using video cables would rectify the problem . We didn’t have enough pillows and was told that there weren’t any extra pillows.
Great staff, clean, friendly and spacious
Great Hotel ! Super Friendly staff, felt like a home away from home
Our room was clean and spacious. A welcome retreat during our extended layover. Their complementary breakfast was good, excellent work on the omelet station. Shuttle drivers to and from the airport were exceptionally courteous.
Too far of a distance from anything. With no connection to the train to downtown and no real dining options nearby, it wasn't ideal.
Good value for the price
It’s 10-15 minutes from the airport, the staff is friendly, and the rooms are spacious. The shuttle service staff are professional and punctual and scheduling is a breeze. The free WiFi is good, as is the included breakfast.
The room I received was not cleaned well, so there were food crumbs on the couch and on the floor of the room. It comes with a full kitchen so I imagine it makes harder to clean.
Great place but is rather expensive, out in the middle of nowhere, but very close to Denver airport.
Convenient but shabby and challenging
Close to the airport
The furniture was chipped and shabby. The television was too difficult to figure out and the coffee maker did not work. A call to the front desk regarding the television was not helpful and the check in personnel was confused.
Everything. No complaints. Staff was fantastic.
I had to leave to soon!☺
New, Clean, Comfortable location
Limited food options in area. Nice that hotel had small "market" but could have had more fresh food options.
The mildew smell in the room
Great place at the airport.
We needed a place for a quick layover due to the weather. The place and all accommodations were well above the star rating.
Reservation Mix Up!
Convenient to airport.
Hotel had given away my prepaid room (not sure how they could have done that, as check in would require ID and credit card to match the reservation). Gave me a hard time, had to locate their manager, were going to charge me for a new reservation. Finally resolved, but not handled well.
great layover hotel at dia
We were pleasantly surprised by our overnight at the Hyatt House near Denver International Airport. We travel a lot and normally have low expectations of airport hotels, but this was an exception. The shuttle driver and the front desk guy were both very nice especially since they were working on Thanksgiving night. The room was a suite - not overly large, but perfectly comfortable for two people. The next morning we went down to the breakfast and were really surprised to find fresh omelets, fresh fruit and juices, etc.. This was definitely a cut above the traditional travel breakfast of cold toast, cereal, and bad yoghurt. It’s hard to wax too poetic about an overnight stay at an airport hotel, but if you in that position in Denver, I highly recommend they Hyatt House.
Whether you're traveling for a few days or several weeks, Hyatt House Denver Airport comfortably accommodates life on the road. One and two-bedroom suites promise privacy and productivity. Bedrooms and work areas are separated by doors, making it easy to spread out and work then retreat for personal time and rest. A fully equipped kitchen and full complimentary breakfast buffet are an added amenity. 32 Inch TV High speed Internet access, and exercise room.
