Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praised the friendly and accommodating staff as well as the hotel's convenient location, particularly for short stays or visits to nearby amenities. However, many reviewers reported significant issues with bed comfort, citing uncomfortable or poor-quality mattresses. Cleanliness was also a recurring concern, with several guests mentioning dirty rooms, bathrooms, or furniture. Noise from the pub, street, or nearby events was frequently noted as disruptive, impacting the overall experience for many. While some found the rooms spacious and the value reasonable, persistent problems with comfort, cleanliness, and noise detracted from guest satisfaction.
