Handy location if you're going to a concert at the 3Arena Room is perfectly fine. Pretty good breakfast. Parking is expensive and the car park is not great (it's not owned by the hotel)

Pros (+) the hotel was beautiful on arrival with plenty to do around the reception area. the room was fab so comfy and plenty of space. we ate in the hotel all weekend and from the breakfast right down to the food after the concert was superb. staff were very helpful and friendly . would deffo recommend to stay here. This hotel should be a 4 star and not 3 star as rated.
Cons (-) the only downfall was that we couldn't get breakfast in bed the next morning but other than that no problems

Pros (+) When I checked in everything went fast and I could easily access the Internet in my room and I didn't face any issue to call the reception to fix it.
Cons (-) Once when I left my room early in the morning and returned around noon my room wasn't tidy, so after that I always put the "Tidy My Room" sign when I left my room. This is not that much bad but I expected it.

Pros (+) Modern, convenient, clean, safe. Will definitely stay here again.
Cons (-) Walls are thin. Heard many conversations from next room. Also Oly's Restaurant is mediocre. Acceptable if you're too knackered to go out.
