Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and spacious rooms, with several mentioning friendly staff and modern amenities. However, there were repeated complaints about billing issues, unhelpful or rude service, and problems with cleanliness and maintenance, particularly with the pool and breakfast variety. Some guests also noted noise issues and uncomfortable beds. Overall, while the location and room size were highlights, service and operational issues detracted from the experience.
