10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, friendly staff, clean, room was fantastic, breakfast was great!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the layout and the bed was super comfy.
Cons: A hot tub in the pool area would've been nice.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Love the indoor pool and the friendly staff makes you feel comfortable and at home!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This facility appears new. The studio was perfect and could fit three comfortably for a short stay. The design of the space was super. Even though the space was small it felt very airy and comfortable. This will be my go-to location for MSU visits with my daughter. Although I did not use the kitchen I could see using it in the future to provide a home cooked meal to my 'baby'.
Cons: Two small things. I started to buy an individual sized pack of chips (same as one would get at Subway) and the charge was $3. I think that is too much. Also, a light was out in my room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was really big and it had HBO for free. We liked that our window view was the woods. It was very close to our destination which was the pavilion at MSU.
Cons: The shower only had a solid glass half door. We didn't like that because it meant we had to wait until one person was done in the bathroom before the other person could get ready.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This place was amazing! It was a clean modern facility with friendly supportive staff. Our room was great - so peaceful with a nice view of treetops. Clean and spotless suite. The King size bed was comfortable and the room had many spaces to neatly store all of our things. Breakfast was good - a variety of options for a light meal. Visually loved the look of the lobby - many choices of seating & classy decor. I will be staying here again - perfect place to stay & visit our kids at MSU.
Cons: There were minimal things like more free options on our TV or later hours for breakfast.

Cons: A little pricey for what you get
5.0 Okay
Pros: Cleanliness and Security
Cons: Staff (trainee and supervisor) did not sign us in correctly so we were LOCKED out of our room after going out for evening. Had to go back to office to get cards changed. I WAS NOT HAPPY at this point.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent staff and the room was very comfortable. Great location too.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We liked the full kitchen. Open spacing was great.
Cons: The sofa bed was small for two adults.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: TownPlace Suites has adapted to covid-19 well. They equipped hand sanitizer in the elevators and at each entrance. They deliver breakfast every morning, based on what you select. The staff is excellent and the location is superb. There are sidewalks in every street and the area is very walkable. They are pet-friendly and our dog liked his walks.
Cons: They only have queen-size beds in their suites, and the bed wasn't comfortable. the couch cushions are very sturdy and aren't comfortable for laying or sitting long periods. The couch was so hard that I was longing for the bed, which isn't that much softer. Normally, this wouldn't be a huge deal, but with the stay-at-home lockdown, we spent a lot more time in the room than we would on a normal trip. Billing was an issue too. I was charged a higher amount than my reservation quote. I was able to work it out with the front desk, however I wish that there hadn't been an issue in the first place.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was decently clean and everything started out good. The pool room needs better ventilation and a clock.
Cons: While we were swimming, someone entered our room and stole my pillow. I have neck issues so I always bring my own pillow and I usually keep my night time meds in my pillow case, and the only people with keys are the staff. Stupid maid stole my pillow.

Cons: The only complaint I have is the parking situation. You either park on the street and pay the meters or you have to pay to park in the parking garage. If you don't do the hotel valet, (which two 23 year old do not need LOL) the most you pay per 24 hours is $15. But I knew this going into it so I expected it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean all around, excellent location and easy parking. The restaurant has good food. The renovated bathrooms are nice. The pool was clean. The hot tub was not working until the engineer came and fixed it quickly to our delight. Will return!

Pros: The set up of the room was great. The sliding door for the bathroom was a nice design touch. And I appreciated the makeup wipes that were in the bathroom.
Cons: The breakfast (namely the eggs and pancakes) could be better. The pancakes were dry and depending on what morning the eggs were either flavored or flavorless. Maybe a remedy for pancakes would be to introduce a waffle maker or make waffles instead?

Cons: The pools were closed and was not posted on the website and only posted inside the actual office area and surrounding the pool area. My husband and I were very upset with the staffs approach to the situation once brought to their attention. Althouvh we would of swam in a public pool or a private one regardless of Covid-19, maybe updating the website as information comes would probably help in any and/or all situations that potentially cause issues such as this.

4.0 Okay
Pros: The room was mostly clean.
Cons: Our first night the heater clicked every 10 minutes and would click loudly. My husband and I were trying to get away for our 1st weekend in 8 years and couldn't sleep the entire night. We told the front desk the next morning. They refused to refund any funds for the horrible night, but let us change rooms. We were told that because we booked through booking.com, they couldn't do anything. Also, they charged an additional $50 to my card. I was told it was an insurance. I have NEVER paid any fees for insurance. Absolutely absurd.

Pros: Great breakfast, super friendly and helpful staff, and fantastic location.
Cons: The pool ruined all our swimsuits within minutes (basically bleached them), and left us with burning eyes, straw like hair, red rashy skin, and all night long congestion. The staff expressed concern and promise to check the levels, but the damage was done
7.0 Good
Cons: Wish the hot tub had stronger jets
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The tub was very nice! My family had grown very tense over the quarantine and I needed a place to go and relax, I was able to enjoy some peace and quiet. The Front Desk was so super nice and helpful-thank you to her.
Cons: The bedding was dirty. There was a groundsman that followed me up to the door and stood next to me revving the weed whacker, not using it just standing there creepily revving it over and over while I tried to get into the back door. I served in the U.S. Army, so intimidation might not be a factor for me, but what if it had been another person who would of gotten frightened? I really didn't appreciate it and wasn't ok with his very strange behavior.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Cozy, comfy place
Cons: It was expensive
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location, pool, room itself, continental breakfast, snack shop.
Cons: Dbl beds were small. Rather be queen for 2 people. Mattress was uncomfortable. Heater had a noise for first few minutes everytime it started up. TV channels blanked all channels in the 40's

Pros: Cleanliness and Security
