Pros: The location was close to a major highway and several eateries was less than half a mile away.
Cons: The first room i was checked into smelled of smoke although a non-smoking room was booked-the staff was friendly and accommodating. I was given another room, however it took over 15 minutes to get the TV to work as there was loose connections, behind the dresser was dust build up and a bottle cap-the bathroom vent looks like it hadn't been clean in months.

Cons: Hotel room was not very clean. The room was very far and the room number was impossible to find as the numbers weren’t in order. And in the morning the fridge had yogurts, most of which were expired. Everyone was kind but the place needed some help

Pros: The staff was great and helpful. The room was clean and fairly current in design. The room was larger than some more expensive hotels I have stayed in. Breakfast had a variety of options and the staff even found me the fruit I didn't see out in the breakfast room.
Cons: The location is close to the airport and there was a little noise that could be heard in the room however it was mostly quiet since Bradley isn't a 24hr airport. The windows were good quality so they blocked most of the sound.

Pros: Every single worker you encountered from check- in to departure greeted you with a smile and made you feel welcomed. The room was clean (recently renovated) and the beds were very comfortable. I slept better there than I do in my own bed! Coffee was great, breakfast was good and the fact that they are pet friendly is an added bonus. Encountered some very nice guests as well! Cons: I had a room without a refrigerator or tub. I wasn't offered a cookie either night. Entrance closer to the parking lot was not accessible from outside. You have to go in the main entrance which was inconvenient because of snow storm and being plowed in.

Pros: Our reservation was messed up so the hotel didn't have the king suite we'd booked. They offered a queen suite which was unacceptable. They offered us a second queen suite at no charge. The rooms weren't connected so this wasn't very convenient but we appreciated their efforts to meet our needs.
Cons: It's an airport hotel so there's not much 'neighborhood'. Nearby restaurants were McDonalds and Dunkin Donuts. We drove to a restaurant that we noticed on the trip to the hotel.

Cons: Check in was a mess when we arrived at 6 PM. . Guests in rooms on upper floors had to wait for their rooms to be prepared. They sat around about the lobby. Since we had requested a ground level room, our room was immediately available. We missed having a breakfast provided in the morning. If there was an ice machine anywhere on this property it escaped my discovery. We felt sorry for those that had to wait for their room.

Pros: Everything else was okay. Service and staff were very nice. There was a great assortment of breakfast items in the morning and we really enjoyed the 12pm checkout.
Cons: We booked this place based on its "exceptionally clean" rating, but I wouldn't say that's what we received. I would say this room is below average in terms of cleanliness, at least for us. When we arrived, we went to use the facilities. There was a new roll of toilet paper but no matter how many times I tried to get down a layer, it kept getting caught and would rip. That's when I realized the roll was wet. When I pulled the roll out, it was yellow. This toilet paper was soaked in someone elses urine. I tossed that roll and scrubbed my hands. Luckily, there was another roll that was still in the wrapping. There were also (bodily?) fluids on our headboard that was there upon our arrival. No one did a thorough cleaning of this room and it shows. Another minor thing that was annoying was out toilet seat was broken. If you sat on the toilet seat, it would violently either shift to the left or the right. It was not secure at all.
