Pros: "Crew was polite and very helpful."
Cons: "It would have been great to reiterate to passengers to remain seated when deplaning, until the passenger in the row ahead were approximately 6 Ft away."
Pros: "The boarding was fast quick and the staff was very friendly."
Cons: "The bathrooms were very dirty and there was not enough food and drink supplies."
Pros: "On time. Friendly crew"
Cons: "Reading lights did not power during first 40 minutes of flight. Had an aisle seat originally but after upgrading to comfort+ got bumped to a middle seat"
Pros: "The two people who were in charge of boarding the plane were especially nice, efficient, and accommodating. I really really liked them."
Cons: "The flight was too warm."
Pros: "crew was ok. entertainment ok"
Cons: "they always give us seats way back in the plane."
Pros: "You know what you are getting with Delta"
Cons: "The economy seats were really tiny, this made the flight fairly uncomfortable"
Cons: "It was FREEZING throughout the entire flight. Freezing. No blankets. Missed having screen in seat but was able to start a movie on my phone so it was fine."
Pros: "Loved the pilot telling us a little about the flight crew and their piloting experience(Air Force) , and how he kept us abreast of flight status/timing , as well as our location at various points along the route. The crew was very very nice!"
Cons: "More leg room"
Cons: "Broken in-seat entertainment system for one of our seats, customs pre-clearance in Dublin took forever, but not the airline's fault."
Pros: "The plane was not full, so the stewardess put my wife and I by the exit seats. I am a tall guy and really appreciated it!"
Cons: "Both connecting flights were very tight time wise, and the gates were at opposite ends of the terminal. Couldn’t delta flights be closer together?"
Pros: "seat space was great and I was lucky enough to have medium size passenger next to me :-)"
Cons: "Can't really think of anything . . . my expectations were exceeded"
Cons: "The aircraft was old and in need of some work. Nice crew and smooth flight. Just aging equipment."
Pros: "Free open seats"
Cons: "Opd plane. USB ports only in Comfort Plus and above"
Pros: "Preflight announcement on smart bags. Beverage servive god. Snack could be more than 2 cookies."
Cons: "2 flights need more than 2 cookies."
Pros: "Staff was great and service friendly. The flight attendants were truly exceptional."
Pros: "Good flight. Nice staff."
Cons: "Old plane with obviously dated cabin, questionable cleanliness, smaller than average seats. Short flight without beverage service (understandably so)"
Cons: "SeAts too close to each other. The girl next to me kept hitting me with her elbow the whole time."
Cons: "I missed my outbound flight from Chicago to Dallas, and although I called to inform Delta, my return trip was cancelled and i did not find out until the day of my return to Chicago. When I called Delta to figure out what was going on, I was put on hold for two and a half hours. I'm not giving the flight a bad review, since I never got on the plane, but I'm disappointed with the accuracy and care for customers that I've experienced with Delta service. Delta was the first company I've ever flown with when I first started travelling when I was twelve years old, and it is unfortunate that I will probably never book with Delta again."
Pros: "I've done many flights this distance, and just take for granted that there will be entertainment. There wasn't."
Pros: "Unfortunately there were unavoidable delays due to weather but the staff gave regular updates and were very honest. Also, they brought out food and drinks for people bc they knew people wouldn't feel comfortable leaving the gate in case of changes. Staff handled the whole situation very well."
Pros: "The crew was so nice and helpful and the Captain’s in-flight announcements were helpful."
Cons: "flight delayed, gate busy when we got there, took train to next terminal and gate, plane was there for another 20 minutes but...door was closed and couldn't board...rebooked to different airport"
Pros: "The plane did not crash."
Cons: "Pilot to passenger communication. On time departure. Cleanliness and comfort of plane. Bigger plane to accommodate roll aboards. Flight attendant’s attitude. Ticket price, but there’s no competition on the route."
Pros: "Everything was awesome. No wait, fast boarding, nice crew!"
Cons: "Absolutely nothing. TSA in Tulsa can always speed up or open more lanes!"
Cons: "Communication among crew members was terrible. We had to ride a crowded shuttle over to the plane only to be told we could not get off because the crew was running late. The crew shows up and begins their pre-flight preparations, but we then could not get off the shuttle because of broken air system"
Pros: "Pilot and crew were great even though we had lots of delays due to weather"
Cons: "Gate agents were a little rude to some customers"
Pros: "The crew was pretty nice. The seats were actually comfortable."
Cons: "I don't know; it's economy in a plane. It is what it is."
Pros: "Much better flight. Nice quick easy boarding and getting off. quick easy overall. Seats were much more comfortable"
Pros: "Short flight"
Cons: "Negative leg room. If the seat next to me had not been vacant, my legs would have lost circulation."
Pros: "Lunch was GREAT- usually fly Delta but this was comparable."
Cons: "WiFi, ESPECIALLY when you pay for a first class ticket, should be free. Further, the instructions for connecting to paid WiFi are NOT printed clearly anywhere. I had to go to the internet while on the ground. There are many movie and TV show options for free on your own device, however."
The flight was 4 hrs 35 minutes long, the good and beverages didn't come to us until over 2hrs into the flight. The boarding was confusing as the employee flipped the sign right before boarding started, which confused everyone, she was very apathetic.
Ridiculous expensive! United airlines/Air Canada partnership is a joke.
It's hard to separate the frustration and stress of delays, which may or may not have been due to AC, in my experience. My Nashville/Toronto flight was delayed due to baggage loading, to the point I missed my connection to Ottawa. I was automatically booked on another flight but it was the latest one of the day getting me into Ottawa the next day. Linda, Customer Service desk in Toronto, got me on an earlier flight AND made the calls to get my baggage on the same flight. (High marks for Linda and her efforts! ) I ended up in Ottawa about 2 hours late, but my carryon bag which I volunteered to gate check to make it easier for AC, got the retractable handle tore off. Sorry, but it was a mixed bag experience for me. Linda was definitely the highlight of the trip.
The embarking was in the middle of some part of the airport then we were cramped in one bus many of us and so stuffy since it was so crowded
Flight left an hour late and that emperiles our next flight, but it seemed like they waited for us, as they let us on just 10 minutes before dep time. Otherwise flight was fine. Seemed to be quite a lot of room even though it was an enormous plane.
The lead flight attendant on this flight was excellent.....engaged, positive and helpfull
Delayed because of some passengers being held up or late coming to security. Not fair to all of us who arrived over 2 hours early
I don’t have my bags, they change my flight and left my bags.
Not easy to checkin Took too long and too many questions to checkin
Pros: "quiet plane"
Cons: "2.5 hours delayed flight without prompt notifications. Honest and prompt flight-delay alerts. Updates for delay came *every* half-hour. No opportunity to schedule ANYTHING based truthful delay estimations and the lack of timely communication."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "A flight not canceled due to mechanical failure. A staff that were actually helpful. United could care less and I will never fly with them again"
Pros: "Kind crew."
Cons: "Did not allow me to have carry on. Had to pay for it to be checked. Unexpected cost."
Pros: "Great inflight service! On the ground faster than expected."
Cons: "I asked to complementary check my small carry on, but the attendants at the desk would not let me. The stewardesses were booked too closely to their last flight and we were delayed - huge oversight. Boarding was chaotic as the gate immediately across from us was simultaneously boarding and the United staff made the whole process long and miserable by failing to call the next boarding group in a timely fashion. This is not the first time I’ve felt miserable while trying to board a United flight :/."
Pros: "Nothing!"
Cons: "Kayak sent me a message that our connecting flight out of O'Hare was boarding at gate B5. However, checking the monitors in the terminal showed the correct gate was B21, which is on the opposite end of the terminal. I don't know why Kayak had the wrong information on this. We barely made our connecting flight because our starting flight was over 30 minutes late, which was United's fault. This made rushing to the correct gate for our connecting flight all the more stressful. No time to stop at the bathrooms or pick up something to eat. Both United and Kayak let me down on getting back to Hartford. We arrived at the end of boarding with no room left for our bags in the overheads so we had to check them and pick them up at the carousel. A totally BAD flight experience."
Pros: "We were on time and the flights were excellent. Liked the way the pilot and the crew interacted. Appreciated the humor when the groundcrew was late parking us."
Pros: "Crew friendliness"
Cons: "The cabin was way too cold. Audio beeps (fasten seat belts) are too loud"
Cons: "The crew was very rude, I was told I had to store my purse, the person next to me wouldn't store the carry on baggage, I needed to take scheduled medicine in flight, I couldn't as my purse was stowed. I was delayed for over and hour and a half after arriving. I had to stop and eat in the airport. With chronic health issues addressed this way I will probably not use United again."
Pros: "Flight is a quick and easy one."
Cons: "It truly bothers me that during pre-board, United says, "if you have a disability you can board now." Who would want to be the person moving forward to board? Southwest says something to the affect of "if you have a pre-board and need a little extra time." Maybe they could change their verbiage to sound a bit more like we're in the 21st century."
Cons: "Been a long time since we had to walk down onto the tarmac to board a plane. Would rather not have to do that. Otherwise a good experience."
Pros: "Nice plane, looks clean and new"
Cons: "Seats were surprisingly uncomfortable for some reason. They were new, but I think they're just new and not "broken in"?"
