Cons (-) The staff is not friendly , we were a travelling family and arrived very late at night . The desk attendant was uncaring and insisted we pay extra fee for a mistake with online booking to downgrade from a king-size room to a standard double bed. Also there was no parking space available, Guest parking lot was small and trasy. We had to park down the street and walk in dark night..

Cons (-) The clerk warned me ahead of time not to call him, but tech support when I inevitably can't log into the wifi. Breakfast is terrible. Receipt had to be specifically requested
