Just bad
The staff was understanding and apologetic about the whole situation.
The room wasn't ready when we got there and the door was left open. Then a housekeeper cleaned it and the sheets were still stained, carpet was stained, the bathroom looks disgusting and you feel like you need sandals to even enter that thing. Room is tiny, but just feels dirty and dingy. I think we may have gotten an room that hadn't been renovated but even then, the whole atmosphere is just dingy. The jacuzzi room looks like a murder scene out of a movie and the pool patio is dusty. I guess from our door being left open, we got tons of mosquitos. Checked in at 3:30pm and checked out at 6pm. Like I said though, at least staff understood where we were coming from and we got a full refund. The area doesn't seem too kid friendly either. I'd just avoid this place. Everything in that room was just so dirty and being that I'm a clean freak, I just had to get out of there.

Wedding weekend
Front desk was very friendly and efficient. The room was spacious with plenty of seating. Nice to have fridge and microwave available. Fast internet enjoyable. Price was exceptional value.
Due to construction materials parking was pretty tight.

Neighborhood didn't have a lot of variety re restaurant options.
