Room was clean and restaurant staff pleasant
Unfortunately very disappointed with Mosaique; arrived fairly late after a day of travel disruption, tried to order room service as nowhere to eat on site, unsuccessful about five times as various staff members hung up on me. Had to go to reception and staff unapologetic and unhelpful. The room looks nice but mattress poor for the price and linen feels old and bobbly. Next morning, two staff members ignored my request for a lounger cushion despite my being the only guest around the pool area. The hotel is essentially open to the surrounding streets, including the pool area so I would be quite concerned about small children staying here as very short distance to marina walls and risk of intruders

Towel Holder for used towel (Towel Ring) to be installed near the tub will be good idea instead of placing the towel being used on the door handle.

The Check out was the most unprofessional and the worst bad hospitality I ve seen ever. No one to Check you out. And than a guy coming to the parking running like if you stole something trying to stop you. Shall we wait for a sleeping reception guy...... But to be honest check guy in was good and food good. but the night shift receptionist and earl morning needs training. I guess
