Condition of hotel was not great. Pool area was in disarray, elevators were out of order (with 6 floors), and overall the hotel felt old and rundown for a Hyatt Place.

Pros (+) The hotel is well located, rooms are very well designed and equipped. Bed is very comfortable, staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent, far above the norm for hotels in this price range.
Cons (-) The hotel is dated. Lobby, elevators and hallways feel dingy. Fresh colors would do wonders for the place. The bathroom is a bit cramped; it takes some maneuvering to enter the toilet area and close the door.

Pros (+) I provide installation services to medical offices and Hyatt Place accepted my pre-sent packages before my arrival and easily retrieved them for me. The breakfast was very good and changed daily. I am a happy customer.
