The owner is pleasant and willing to help with questions you may have about the region. You get a nice welcome drink upon arrival and there is a very clean fridge and freezer on the ground floor guests can use (nice touch). Great location right across the street from the Mosel River and within walking distance to the bus stop. Great WIFI connection in the bedroom. Quiet at night.

I think the guest house is overpriced for what you get. The breakfast although generous is the same thing every day (no variety). The owner puts on a music CD in the breakfast that plays the same ONE song over and over. I would rather have no music at all then listen to the same country/western song over and over while I am eating breakfast. Luckily on our last day there she did not do this. Unless you specifically ask for the owner to clean your room there is no room service (the owner says she feels uncomfortable about entering people's rooms to clean without asking them if it is OK for her to do this). May I then suggest a sign on the inside of the bedroom door saying 'Housekeeping is provided only upon request'. Even when the room is tidied up she does not change the towels. I would suggest the owners improve on the variety of the breakfast and housekeeping OR lower their prices to about 50 euros a night for a double room.
