No breakfast is offered, I asked for the customer service number to place a complaint the cashier guy said “I don’t have, look it up” facilities were evidently smoke allowed. Little to none in care for our experience. I’ve been to other motel 8 in Buffalo, NY., Rochester, NY., Springfield, MA and I’ve been satisfied with those visits, with this location specially IM NOT. When I asked where is the breakfast in the morning the guy said “coffee is breakfast” I’m like what type of breakfast is coffee? No lotion, no shampoo/conditioner, towels were disgusting, luckily I had brought extra clothes, that’s how I had to dry up !!
