Pros (+) The rooms were clean and modern
Cons (-) The hotel was under renovation which would have been nice to know prior to arrival. There was nothing outside of the room, no services and construction dust everywhere.

Cons (-) The only downside was that there was a road closed nearby, and therefore it took ages for the Uber drive to find the hotel. It would have been helpful for the front desk to have informed me of that (I told them I was waiting for an Uber) so that I could have communicated that to the Uber driver.

Pros (+) Great location to nearby metro.
Cons (-) Lobby and hallways looked nice but rooms are extremely old and dated. Furniture and fixtures look to be from the 80s. Dirty carpet. Wifi didn't work in room.

Pros (+) It's a nice family hotel close to the old port
Cons (-) Had a bad start, when we got to the hotel our room was given to some other ppl, reception said that they made a mistake don't know how that is possible without proper confirmation of names and details. Had to settle for Something different not what was booked.

Pros (+) Went to Montreal for the F1 races, so the Lord Berri hotel was perfect, walking distance to the events in Montreal and next to the train station to take me to the race track.
Cons (-) It's a little old and in need of updating, but it's on it's way because they had signs posted that the Marriot was going to take over, let's hope that's a good thing.

Pros (+) Great hotel and staff. Beds were comfortable, rooms very clean, water pressure in the shower was great and room temperature controls perfect.
Cons (-) Wifi was free but terribly slow and there wasn't a gym

Pros (+) Cheap price
Cons (-) A lot of noise, from outside, but also it seems like the walls were paper-thin, we could hear everything - from people talking in adjacent rooms or the hallway. Hard to fall asleep in all that noise. The bed was in bad shape, missing a leg in one corner so my feet would dip to one side. Mattress not a true king, just two twins pushed together. We could hear a weird grinding noise that came from a ...
