Pros (+) The beds are comfortable! The pool is the warmest in town, which is mostly why we choose this hotel (that, and Starbucks in the same parking area). The kids have a blast, and I don’t mind getting in the pool, despite normally hating pools. This one is cozy. My only complaint this time is that a large group of tween girls was in the pool having a party and there were toddlers in the hot tub. The “s...

Cons (-) The clerk at the desk Saturday for check-in and throughout the evening (like when I went back to purchase snacks and beverages) didn’t have a welcoming or friendly manner at all. Had this been my first stay, it would have been off-putting.
