10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was an almost perfect stay we had, The hotel looks new, there is a wide parking lot in front, rooms are nice and quiet, the staff has been kind, so it was an excellent choice to stop here.
Cons: Unfortunately the hotel is not within walking distance from Figeac village. The restaurant is acceptable but not outstanding therefore if you want to look for somewhere else to eat you must take the car. That was really the only issue.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We ate in the restaurant and the meal was superb. The room was very comfortable and cleanliness 10 out of 10. We requested a room with terrace as we had our dog with us and it was great having this with space to walk her straight from the hotel room. The hotel contacted us twice in the days before we arrived to say that had a terrace room and asking if we'd like a reservation in the restaurant, and then to tell us that the reservation had been made and that our dog was also welcome in the restaurant. We loved the area of Figeac and look forward to visiting again with a stay in the same hotel.
5.5 Okay
Pros: Good position reasonably close to the town .
Cons: The staff were a miserable group of individuals not very welcoming and during breakfast the first morning of our stay there was a huge argument and shouting going on in the kitchen
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The attitude and friendliness of the staff, and also the very generous and friendly owner, far exceeded our expectations and surpassed many 4/5 star hotels we have stayed in - an extra special thanks to Deborah who went out of her way to find us some lunch when we arrived after the kitchen had closed.
Cons: Would have liked a cooked breakfast option

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, so close to CBD. Room layout Friendly helpful staff especially housekeeping staff.
Cons: All good
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We ate several times in the brasserie and the food was very good and the staff extremely helpful, even once offering and providing sandwiches when the kitchen was closed. Otherwise the hotel is beautifully located on the river bank and we had a lovely room with a balcony over the river.
Cons: The shower was not properly installed and leaked water over the floor. Thought it should have been better for this class of hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location and atmosphere of the hotel
Cons: No able to comment
6.7 Good
Pros: First Day Bacon or Eggs Had Run Out - Hard Luck - and quality of breakfast only average so did not bother for the following 5 days.
Cons: Bathroom Floor Dirty With Tile Cement Engrained - overall bathroom very average, the whole place running on a shoe string penny pinching on simple bathroom & bedroom requisities, 1 ply toilet paper, no ladys waste dispossal bags, bathroom fan or toilet fan not working, the smoke from the habitual French Smokers drifting on to our balcony from below, but we were there for 6 nights and made our visit enjoyable despite the nit picking above.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: We like Figeac having stayed at this hotel 3-years ago. That time we were travelling and so it was nice to return somewhere where we knew that we would approve. Being by the river with a car park and minimal walk into the centre of the town, we have not spotted anywhere else that can tick all these boxes.
Cons: A quiet fridge in the room would be nice. The shower head fell down when the water pressure is dropped. A lot in the bathroom just need a little attention. As we had bathed in the evening and showered in the morning we would have preferred new towels for the second day. A towel by the pool would also be a nice touch.
7.9 Good
Pros: Great location, we had a room overlooking the river. Staff friendly and efficient. Parking opposite the hotel which was very convenient.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Most everything
Cons: There was a smell of raw sewage in the room from 4 to midnight.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was excellent for walking into Figeac. We enjoyed being able to eat outside on the terrace.
Cons: Although the breakfast was a little disappointing, it did not spoil our stay.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The smiley helpful staff
Cons: There is a lingering sewer smell, as you approach the hotel entrance, walk through the foyer and go into the lift.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Convenient to walk to the centre of Figeac, nice rooms and still reasonable in price.
Cons: I was travelling on my own with the dog, but he was not allowed in the breakfast room. I understand this but for me it was a problem because I can't let him alone in me room.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Breakfast
Cons: Price of room. Lack of secure parking. Hotel is dated. Needs a refurb.

Pros: The hotel was excellent value for money - great location, clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: There is only street parking (no hotel parking) which isn’t a problem but useful to know.
7.1 Good
Pros: The breakfast was good value. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The room was hot and airless (I was there during the heatwave). There was only one power point in the room, which I used for the fan so could not charge my phone at the same time, and there was no window, only a door to a common area outside so I could not leave it open at night or when I was out.
7.5 Good
Pros: Free and secure parking for the motorbike, friendly staff, good breakfast
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was very comfortable, the sheets clean and crisp
Cons: Can’t think of anything
5.4 Okay
Pros: Very clean and friendly helpful staff
Cons: It is incredibly noisy. The hotel is directly in front of a 3 way traffic system and bridge into Figeac. The traffic noise is constant and I was woken throughout the night. Unfortunately the room was very hot as there is no aircon or fan and as of the very loud traffic noise it was impossible to sleep with the window ajar.
4.8 Okay
Pros:
Cons: The bathroom was basic and not very clean. The room smelt of cigarette smoke and the outlook was over a rubbish tip. Breakfast was ok.
5.2 Okay
Pros: Close to town centre
Cons:
6.4 Good
Pros: The situation of the hotel is excellent and the staff were friendly and polite.
Cons: The view was of a rubble heap, as I think the hotel wasnt full, we could have been given a room with a better view. The foyer wasnt very inviting, a bit drab and lacking personality.
6.0 Good
Pros: It was very central, easy parking, room was adequate, there was a restaurant if you wanted
Cons: The breakfast was expensive for what it was.
6.4 Good
Pros: Friendliness of staff. Secure parking.
Cons: Poor lighting in room
