Reception staff was excellent as well as the breakfast crew. Breakfast was very good for such a small hotel.
Shower is very small.
room was too small . first day no hot water in the shower . noisy . staff talkig loud . i had to go to the receptionist everyday to reactive the keys .

Ho trovato una fantastica atmosfera partendo dall'accoglienza di tutto lo staff, dalla cura dei dettagli, dalla sempre e continua disponibilità, riservatezza, pulizia e gestione della struttura. restaurant service ! the lady was wonderful, helpful, and always had a big smile, and the food was good.. location was good. don't leave the hotel area . i like that the airport is less than 5 mins away. hotel DIDN'T have any mickey mouse or bugs ! :-)
the customer service in the front desk. very cold and rude . the pool was very cold.. bed :-( a little to hard.
We werw charged for airport shuttle. Upon arrival we were told that they would not chage for it. However when checking out at 8.30 am we were charged for ur consumtions but at 9 am we were asked to get down of the shhttle and pay for both trips
The staff! Everyone was extremely helpful which was needed after a long travel day and the start of another travel day. A good nights sleep.
