Pros (+) Staff was pleasant
Cons (-) Room was never cleaned for our 3 day stay despite letting them know the first day. The continental breakfast was mediocre at best. Long line for the sometimes working, waffle machine that was a huge mess by the end of breakfast hours. No one really manning the area to replenish and tidy up a bit. Air conditioner in room was sporadic. Didn't stay at temp it was set to.

Cons (-) Our room was never cleaned for our 3 day stay despite letting them know on the very first day. Continental breakfast was mediocre at best. There was always a line for the waffle maker when it was working. And it was always a mess! The air-conditioner in the room never worked

Pros (+) Convenient location. Free continental breakfast. Fridge and microwave in the room. Nothing spectacular, just a place to sleep (which is what you'd come to expect, given the price).
Cons (-) Arrived 90 minutes before check-in, so we were told to explore the town. When we came back 2 hours later, we were told that they didn't have any king bed rooms available yet, which is what I reserved. We had to wait another 2 hours for our room to be available. I was disappointed that our reserved room was given to someone else, making us wait an additional 2 hours. May as well have told us that c...
