I liked the location. The hotel is beautiful and the people who work there are friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and had all I needed for the night I stayed there. The taxi for the airport was there in 3 minutes. Probably my review should say excellent rather than good.
The drain in the shower was slow. I forgot to mention that to the front desk employees. I'm sure they would have fixed that if I had let them know.

Fantastic location to all Florence has to offer
We were a short walk for the sites of Florence from Ponte Vecchio to the Uffizi Museum! Restaurants and cafes were plentiful and the staff was extremely helpful.

The location was excellent, the room was clean, and the staff was great. Breakfast was also superb.
The rooms were a bit outdated.

The location is fantastic. The breakfast is very good: nice staff, quick service and good food.
Some bathroom amenities were missing (empty boxes on arrival and never replaced), there was not a single free socket to plug in the computer. All in all the room felt like an OK 3-star rather than 4.
