The view from the tower is breathtaking! It's even more worthwhile on times as busy as the Easter break, when the queue to get anywhere with a view takes hours. Being able to go to the tower at anytime of day or night makes for a delightful romantic atmosphere. The location is perfect, a couple minutes walk from the Duomo and right next to the Ponte Vecchio...
The breakfast room can get crowded and noisy...
Wonderful old world style, beautiful living room to enjoy, amazing balcony with full city view of Florence. Our host Luigi was delightful and very helpful and kind.
We preferred the second room we had, the first had a cupboard that wouldn't open and we would have liked the option of two extra pillows rather than one otherwise it was a lovely stay with delightful staff.Thankyou!
fantastic position , wonderful terrace landscape and friendly staff
Very old european elegance
Extremely hard to get to

Few staff available to assist
The staff was excellent at assisting with advance reservations, recommending and booking restaurants, etc. The hotel itself is conveniently located to many tourist attractions. The top floor terrace is marvelous for obtaining a bird's eye view of the entire city of Florence.
The hotel should definitely notify clients that are driving in of the exception to the Zona Limita issues and that parking basically dismisses the tickets once you arrive. Had we known that we would not have driven round and round the city, at one point even driving through the plaza at the Uffizi as we were trying to avoid these areas unnecessarily.
Very friendly and welcoming staff. A convenient and central location, close to all the main sights. Would definitly stay here again. Recommend it highly.
Poor internet service
We really liked our spacious room, the great breakfast, and gorgeous rooftop terrace.
Watching the sunset from the tower with a glass of wine is the reason to choose this hotel. Our room on the 2nd floor had a canopy bed and was spacious, clean and comfortable. We were traveling with another couple whom had a problem with the air conditioning in their room but they were switched to another room with no problems and also had an enjoyable stay.
