The front desk staff were wonderful. However, I was super disappointed overall. The expectations I had for the property did not match reality. Online it looked like some nice resort-like space. The lobby was clean and bright, the restaurant area was also clean and welcoming. Sadly this property is older and feels like it. The hallway on our level was poorly lit and several wall lights we even hanging off the wall. Our room was clean, however the beds were clearly older (read: lumpy and uncomfortable.). Pros (+) The lobby and the main part of the guestroom was updated and has modern aesthetic.
Cons (-) The cleanliness was just okay. With the pandemic corners should not be cut. The hotel is renovated but is older. There are large gaps on the doors that let sound in. Also I could hear plumbing or HVAC noises from my or neighboring rooms.
