Cons (-) I’ve never writen a review, that’s how bad my stay was...for me to take a minute to do this, it was bad! Manager Eric and girls at the front were ridiculous. Never ever will be back.

Pros (+) My room had a great view, and I was close to the beach. I had lots of room to spread out and even invite friends over.
Cons (-) The ac in my living room didn't work at all, so that room was very hot. Both ac units were SO noisy! The rooms felt clammy. I wish there had been an onsite place to eat breakfast, but there were places nearby. It's just that the construction made it tough to get to places easily. One of the pools was not available, so we we couldn't find chairs near the operating pool.

Pros (+) This is the second time we stay at the Neptune and we LOVE it! It's very clean and bright in the rooms. Love having all the amenities of home with the living room and kitchen.. They do such a great job cleaning the place every day. The beach is AMAZING and the pools are too. The Plumeria tree was in bloom...what a bonus! Mmmmmm
