Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, with several reviewers noting exceptional service at the front desk and throughout their stay. The location is frequently described as convenient and accessible. Many guests appreciated the spaciousness of the rooms. However, there are repeated concerns about cleanliness, with multiple mentions of unpleasant odors, insufficient cleaning, and maintenance issues. The non-functioning elevator was a common inconvenience for some guests. Overall, while the service and location are strong positives, cleanliness and facility maintenance need improvement.
