Cons (-) 2nd floor rooms only and no elevaror.
Pros (+) Great water pressure, so the shower is nice. The built-in sofa at the window is a favorite feature of all their rooms. Most importantly, the rooms are kept clean.
Cons (-) The very cheapest and most minimal of toiletries in the bathroom. Additionally, the breakfast has been pared down to only breads (mini-muffins, tiny bagels, waffles) and a handful of cereals. No fruits, no proteins. Hardly worth the time.
